Dr. Kyiana Haughton attended the Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine for medical school and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Nova Southeastern University.

Dr. Haughton has volunteered at Mental Health America, where she mentored and supported African American children. This experience solidified her passion for working with young people and instilled in her a commitment to addressing her community’s mental health needs. During her psychiatry rotation, Dr. Haughton found joy in connecting with patients, listening to their stories, and understanding their unique struggles. She recognizes that mental health journeys are complex and non-linear, and that treatment is a gradual process. She is dedicated to supporting patients as they navigate their journeys towards healing, growth, and wellness.

Dr. Haughton was born in the United States and spent her teenage years in Jamaica.
