Gregory Fignole, MD

Dr. Gregory Fignole earned his medical degree from the Université Notre Dame d’Haiti. After relocating to the United States, he began his healthcare career as an Emergency Medical Technician at HCA Florida Kendall Hospital and Homestead Hospital, and later one as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine at Clinica Campesina MLK clinic for more than 11 years.

Dr. Fignole’s passion for Family Medicine is deeply personal. Growing up, he witnessed family members, friends, and others in his community struggle with preventable and chronic illnesses, experiences that inspired his lifelong commitment to medicine. He believes that many health conditions can be prevented or better managed through timely access to quality primary care, patient education, and strong relationships between patients and their healthcare providers. These experiences continue to motivate his dedication to serving medically underserved communities and reducing healthcare disparities through compassionate, accessible, and evidence-based care. Dr. Fignole also believes that trust, empathy, and open communication are the foundation of exceptional patient care.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Fignole enjoys spending time with his family, participating in church activities, and traveling.
