As the new school year approaches so does school physical time! Community Health of South Florida, Inc. (CHI) is offering a safe and affordable way to help your child kick off the school year on a healthy note. CHI will be conducting school physicals at the listed locations by appointment on Saturday, August 6, 2022.
We are also offering all three COVID- 19 vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson) for free on School Physical Day to children 6 months and older.
