He graduated from Florida International University in 2014 as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Prior to that, in 2006 he graduated from Notre Dame University School of Medicine in Haiti.
After completing a required year of work in an underserved area of Haiti, in 2007 he moved to the United States. Here, he attended the American Medical Academy in Miami in 2008 where he earned a degree in Emergency Medical Services.
Fignole worked for five years as an emergency room technician at Kendall Regional Medical Center and Homestead Baptist Hospital. He then joined MedXM, an insurance company that does Health Risk Assessments.
He is always willing to make a positive impact on the health education of the community, especially the Haitian community. So after completing some of his clinical hours at CHI, he decided to join the team in March 2015 to work as a provider in family medicine.
Fignole’s spare time is spent reading, spending time with his family, going to church and traveling.
