Community Health of South Florida, Inc. (CHI) is offering an affordable way to help your child kick off the school year on a healthy note.

CHI will be conducting school physicals at the following participating locations by appointment on Saturday, August 2, 2025.

• Doris Ison Health Center
• Martin Luther King Jr. Clinica Campesina Health Center
• West Kendall Health Center
• South Miami Health Center
• Marathon Health Center

School Physicals $40

Sports Physicals with EKG $50 and without EKG $40

Most insurances accepted (some insurances do not require co-pay for this)

• Evening and weekend hours available
• Please bring immunization records
