BENEFIT ENROLLMENT PROGRAM

Community Health of South Florida, Inc. (CHI) offers Comprehensive Benefit Enrollment for Miami Dade Families. It is a project that assists low-income families with children to enroll in federally-funded assistance programs as well as other community-based support services. Through this program, Community Health of South Florida, Inc. (CHI) helps close care gaps and reduce barriers for families.
