  • Sports physicals: $40 (without EKG) or $50 (with EKG)

Monday, Aug. 3

• Healthcare for the Homeless Day
• We’ll provide the Homestead Soup Kitchen with care packs, including essentials like first aid supplies, cooling towels, water, non-perishable food, health screenings, registration, and appointment scheduling.

Tuesday, Aug. 6

• Agricultural Worker Health Day
• CHI teams will provide care packs, health screenings and more to staff at Costa Farms.

Wednesday, Aug. 7

• Patient Appreciation Day
• On this day, we thank our patients for more than 50 years of loyalty! We will give our patients special tokens of our appreciation.

Thursday, Aug. 8

• Stakeholder Appreciation Day
• CHI will deliver special appreciation gifts to officials and organizations in Miami-Dade and Monroe counties.

Friday, Aug. 9

• Health Center Staff Appreciation Day
• We’re showing our appreciation for our health center staff’s diligent work and commitment to patients at our health centers.
