Get your child ready for the new school year at CHI’s Family Wellness Expo & Health Fair at Doris Ison Health Center. Families can come for school and sports physicals and stay for a morning of health screenings, activities, food and back-to-school fun for all ages.

School and sports physicals are available for $25.* Appointments are required.

Teddy Bear Hospital

Children can bring a sick or injured teddy bear, doll or special toy to the Teddy Bear Hospital for “treatment.”

Health Screenings

Dental and other health screenings will be available.

Families can pick up school essentials while supplies last.
