For nearly two decades, Community Health of South Florida, Inc. (CHI) and Community Health Foundation, Inc. (CHF) has conducted an annual celebrity golf tournament raising money for CHI’s priority programs. It began with the support of sports figures such as former NFL players Robert Bailey and Andewale Ogunleye and NBA Heat Legend Glen Rice. In most recent years, the tournament has been focused in raising money for CHI’s $5.5 million capital campaign to build the Children’s Crisis Center and we are less than $332,000 away from meeting this goal.

Benefiting the Children’s Crisis Center
Since 1971, Community Health of South Florida, Inc. (CHI) has been a beacon for people of all ages by providing comprehensive primary and behavioral health care services to the residents of rapidly growing South Florida. Recognizing the huge gap in mental health care for children, CHI embarked on a $5.5 million capital campaign to build the first comprehensive Children’s Crisis Center in southern Miami-Dade County. This 11,400 square foot state- of-the-art facility will serve nearly 1,000 children annually experiencing a mental health crisis. We are only $400,000 away from meeting our capital campaign goal, and as we celebrate the year of the CHI Superheroes, we recognize that donations from heroes like you are the superpower that will lead us to the completion of this center.
