Lizette Marie Lopez is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 15 years of experience in the field. She is the Coordinator of Foster Care Services at Community Health of South Florida, Inc. (CHI).

She obtained her bachelor’s degree at St. John’s University in Criminal Justice and later graduated from St. Thomas University with a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Lopez is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Addictions Professional and she is also certified as a Child Welfare Licensing Counselor. Her current position entails providing leadership to a program that provides therapeutic and behavioral health services to children placed in therapeutic foster homes.

In her spare time, she enjoys hiking outdoors, nature trails, exercising and reading.
