Dr. Glenn Cooreman is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency at Larkin Community Hospital and performed his hours at the CHI South Miami Health Center. Dr. Cooreman was born in Miami, Florida where he spent the majority of his life. After completing high school, he decided to serve his country and enlisted in the United States Air Force.
He served a total of eight years in the military and completed 2 overseas tours in Iraq and Qatar. While stateside, he lived in Las Vegas, NV; Wichita Falls, TX; and Washington, DC. While stationed at Nellis Air Force Base, he completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, after which he returned to Miami to begin medical school. Dr. Cooreman provides a comfortable, inviting, and patient-centered atmosphere. He believes in helping patients feel like part of the family and works tirelessly to provide the best care possible. Professional affiliations include the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association, the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians. With a lifelong fondness for animals, he enjoys spending his time off with his dogs. When he is not studying, Dr. Cooreman enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors and exercising.
