Sunday, Aug. 3

• 60 Years of Progress
• Lets look back at the history of community health centers across the country. CHI will highlight its own rich history and review 50+ years of its milestones with a special social media campaign.

Monday, Aug. 4

• Staff Appreciation Day
• CHI celebrates its amazing staff. Corporate leaders will visit all CHI locations to hand out staff appreciation gifts, and centers will be decorated to mark the occasion.

Tuesday, Aug. 5

• Patient Appreciation Day
• CHI loves its patients. On Patient Appreciation Day, care teams will give small gifts at all health centers to thank patients for choosing CHI as their medical home. Centers will also feature festive décor for the celebration.

Wednesday, Aug. 6

• Health Conditions Focus
• Prevention and care are at the heart of what health centers do. They play a key role in managing both short-term and long-term health conditions through early detection, treatment, and prevention. This day shines a light on important services like vaccinations, cancer screenings, heart and diabetes care, and support for chronic illnesses. CHI will focus on promoting pediatric vaccines, colorectal cancer screenings, and recommended vaccines for immunocompromised patients. Staff will educate and encourage patients to take action, and helpful information will also be shared on social media.

Thursday, Aug. 7

• Population Focus
• CHI’s Outreach team will support this mission by providing free health screenings at Carrfour, a local homeless shelter. They will help connect its residents to care.

Friday, Aug. 8

• Partner Appreciation Day
• CHI will recognize and thank its community partners by sending special appreciation plaques and highlighting their contributions through social media posts.

Saturday, Aug. 9

• Gratitude and Future Vision
• We close the week with a focus on gratitude for all who support the health center mission and a shared vision for the future. Together, we strive to serve 1 in 3 Americans and ensure health for all. CHI will wrap up the week with a special video message from the CEO, shared via email and social media.
