Future Clinician’s Workshop

Are you interested in pursuing a career in healthcare? Then this workshop is for you! Join us on Saturday, August 15 at 11AM for an introductory session about “The World of Medicine” with two of our CHI physicians on Zoom. The Future Clinician’s Workshop is open to students, grades 6-12.

Topics will include:

  • The importance of healthcare and the vast array of opportunities in the field
  • Benefits and processes needed to achieve a career in medicine
  • Goal setting and clear next steps on how to enter a world that has the power to impact, empower, and improve lives

One hour (including 15 minutes for a Q&A session)

Meet your hosts:

Dr. Frank Ezeh

Dr. Franklin Ezeh is a Resident Psychiatrist at Community Health of South Florida, Inc.  His interest in Psychiatry was supported by his natural ability to modify human behavior, both as an educator and as clinical staff. Dr. Ezeh is passionate about providing Mental Health services to individuals who have limited access to professional care.

Dr. Katina Richardson

Dr. Katina Richardson is a Family Medicine Resident Physician at Community Health of South Florida, Inc. Her interests in Family Medicine took root in her advocacy for preventative medicine and the integration of primary care and public health. Dr. Richardson believes in quality healthcare that is accessible and easy to navigate. She is dedicated to keeping our communities healthy and ultimately eliminating health disparities.
