Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Christa Desrosiers is the Coordinator of Special Programs at Community Health of South Florida Inc.
Desrosiers graduated with a bachelor’s degree in social work in April 2013 and then received her Master of Social Work Degree in 2014 from Florida International University in Miami, Florida. She received her Florida State License in Clinical Social Work in 2018.
Desrosiers has extensive experience in social work with children and families, substance abuse and behavioral health. She has also worked with multiple populations in the private sector, residential facilities and outpatient setting. At CHI, Desrosiers is currently managing the Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program as well as Care Coordination and Transition to Independence Grant funded by Thriving Mind of Behavioral Health of South Florida.
She enjoys CrossFit, Broadway shows and Latin dance.
